Subscription services are made through Paypal, or by any major credit card.
Usage and Cancellation Policy
Subscription services are an automatic payment taken each month. Each service must be used within 60 days of the charge. Subscription payments for unused services are non-refundable. To cancel your subscription we ask for 14 days notice before your next billing cycle. To request cancellation email dustin@enginecompanylawns.com
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with our service and that's why we offer a 100% guarantee. If you do not like the look of your lawn submit your complaint within 24hrs of service. We will do everything we can to make it right, and if we can't your most recent service charge will be eligible for refund. Service issues made more than 24hrs after service are not eligible for additional maintenance or refund.
